According to the notice of China Biotechnology Development Center, the national key research and development plan project “Research and Development of key technologies and equipment for Human-machine Co-existing green intelligent disinfection based on directed energy” (SQ2023YFC2600062) led by Guangzhou Institute of Advanced Technology successfully passed the review, with a total funding of 29.749,200 yuan, of which, The state allocated a special fund of 14.649,200 yuan, and the project leader is Zhong Jinyi, the executive deputy director of my institute.
The project belongs to the key project of “Biosafety Key technology research”, which is jointly undertaken by nine advantageous scientific research institutes and enterprises and institutions such as Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Fudan University, China Institute of Atomic Energy Science and Wuhan Institute of Virology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Guided by the major national biosafety needs, the project proposes a multi-scenario balanced disinfection solution based on directed energy, and is committed to breaking through the key technologies in the biosafety defense system and forming an autonomous and controllable biosafety check and balance capability.
