Gibson Seamless Connect Kit

The Gibson seamless connect kit is a hybrid enzyme system that can directional recombinantly connect a vector linearized by any method to one or more PCR fragments with overlapping regions at both ends. This method does not rely on T4 DNA ligase and is not restricted by the restriction sites of the vector and the target fragment. It can achieve efficient directional seamless cloning of PCR fragments to any position of the vector within 30 minutes, thereby obtaining a complete double-stranded DNA molecule. The kit is easy to use. Just add the appropriate ratio of vector and PCR fragment and incubate at room temperature for 15-30 minutes to complete the fragment connection.
